The selected candidates will provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees and customers on various customer situations and escalated issues, including consulting with customers on complex use of Oracle products and contributing to increasing team efficiency.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Chemistry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and off days, including holidays and weekends
