The selected candidates will provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues, and will also be responsible for consulting with customers on complex use of Oracle products, contributing to the “My Oracle Support” Database communities, and analyzing work load to improve productivity.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Chemistry
- Soft skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, performing under pressure, problem solving, analytical thinking, and flexibility to work in different shifts and off days
- Thorough understanding of Oracle product features, database architecture knowledge, and basic database administration
