This full-time position is for a Senior Consulting/Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Professional operating independently. The role involves implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications, implementing standard duties, and requiring flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements. It offers an opportunity to contribute to Oracle's innovation and inclusion efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years overall experience with HCM Applications, recent 4+ years on Oracle Cloud – Fusion
- At least 3 end-to-end implementation engagements on Fusion HCM
- Strong expertise in relevant tools/technologies (HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, Fast Formulas)
- Understanding of HCM Business Processes
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to project situations
- Willingness to Travel (50-75%)
