Oracle Health Lead Engagement Owner

Oracle Health is seeking a Lead Engagement Owner to drive strategic solutions for the Federal Healthcare Consulting business, supporting leadership and field teams. This role involves managing projects, mitigating risks, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position requires a proactive and self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a functional or technical role as a Project Manager
• 1+ year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
• At least 5 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
• Ability to obtain security clearance necessary for this role
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to build rapport with team members across a matrixed organization
• Ability to act as an informal leader on the team, provide guidance/recommendations and valuable feedback
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
