We are looking for a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant to provide expert consultancy, work closely with customers, and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable Oracle solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong experience in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS
- Strong hands-on experience as EBS HRMS functional consultant in HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, ORC
- Strong experience in data loading/migration (FBDI, ADFdi, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader, interfaces, spreadsheets, web services)
- Demonstrate a good understanding of EBS HRMS patching, upgrades, and best practices for feature adoption, testing, and change management
- Strong knowledge in roles, responsibilities, and security within EBS HRMS
- Proven experience on Oracle Reports, OTBI, dashboards, data loaders, extracts, Fast Formulas, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, and Page Composer
