Job Description
Opportunity to be at the center of the action within the Oracle Database product group, managing fast-paced releases for cloud and on-premise. The role involves working with global teams to determine release content, collate and publish timelines, and coordinate activities for a successful release.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of experience in a software product development organization
- Experience in a Technical Program Management role a plus
- Broad technical knowledge in C/C++, Java, SQL and Linux
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to own and be accountable for programs
- Demonstrated ability to enforce standards of quality and compliance
- Ability to gauge organizational dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus and partnerships across teams
- Demonstrated ability and desire to analyze existing processes and practices and introduce improvements
- A curious mindset and a persistent attitude
