Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Principal Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the growth of their GPU and Generative AI business. This role will involve managing complex programs from inception to delivery, collaborating with engineering and business leaders, and managing risks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related fields
• 6+ years of experience in program management, planning, product management, or engineering leadership roles in the tech industry
• Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end program execution, from planning and requirements through delivery and iteration
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
• Comfort working in high-growth or ambiguous environments
• Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to dive deep into data and synthesize findings
• Expertise in Excel data analytics
