Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the delivery of Oracle Consulting's Professional Services implementations of the Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS). The Project Manager will be responsible for planning customer-specific engagements, managing the business requirements, development, review and sign-off process, managing the execution of deliverables while controlling scope, executing the change management process when needed, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.

Requirements

• Over 15+ years of experience relevant to this position, including 8 years of project/program management experience of no less than 5 complete end-to-end implementations and/or upgrade Oracle ERP / HCM projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional lead and/or solution architect role with deep domain knowledge of ERP/HCM applications and technology.
• Strong track record of project management of complex, and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project management tools e.g., MS Project, project estimation, project team management, client management and communications, and project and proposal leadership
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Oracle ERP on-premise or Cloud Applications
• Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
• Demonstrated leadership and time management skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment (both with clients and within the organization)
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Degree like Masters is desirable.
