Senior Networking Development Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Networking Development Manager to lead a Networking Engineering team responsible for operational excellence within the OCI physical network. This role involves driving service and tooling delivery, managing partner relationships, and ensuring system availability while working in a full-service capacity. The position is open to Singaporeans and PRs.

Requirements

• Attract, develop & manage a team of highly skilled Network engineers
• Define and develop roadmaps to deliver operational efficiencies
• Establish & report on a body of metrics that define service availability
• Solve difficult problems in distributed systems, infrastructure, and highly available services
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Network Automation, Network Monitoring, and the Operations Engineering organizations
• Participate in on-call rotation for managers
