The Senior Oracle DBA will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as a key contact for customer needs. This role focuses on resolving post-sales inquiries and technical troubleshooting regarding Oracle products. The DBA will also facilitate relationship building and provide guidance to Oracle internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong performance tuning skills for Oracle Database.
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Goldengate, Exadata, Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, Data guard, Backup & Recovery, and related technologies.
- Experience implementing high availability features of Oracle Database.
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c is a plus.
- Knowledge of DB Security, AVDF, DB Vault, e-Wallet, and TDE would be an advantage.
- Sharp technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of support processes.
- Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.
- Good understanding of support processes.
- Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support.
- Available to work in 24X7 shift operations.
