Job Description
The Senior Oracle DBA is a key member of the Support organization responsible for post-sales support and providing solutions to Oracle customers. This role involves resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues related to Oracle databases, and advising internal teams on diverse customer needs. The position involves working in a 24X7 shift and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong Performance tuning skills (Query, DB, Memory)
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database (11g, 12c, 19C)
- Experience with High Availability features
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
- Knowledge on DB Security, AVDF, DB Vault, e-Wallet, TDE
