Job Description
As a Senior Principal Thermal Engineer, you will align OCI thermal hardware design with Rack Cooling infrastructure and data center physical infrastructure. This role requires a mix of technical depth and cross-functional collaboration to optimize cooling strategies, manage high-performance data center operations, and develop next-generation cooling solutions. Experience with Open Compute Design Specifications and advanced fluid cooling solutions is essential.
Requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across the globe.
- Lead thermal design reviews and presentations.
- Proficient with thermal modeling tools.
- Engineering analysis of fluid cooling assembly and fit-up.
- Experience with in-row and in-rack CDU's
- Experience in design and delivery of direct to chip liquid cooling loops
