Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Experience leading the development of cloud services
• Demonstrated expertise in distributed systems, messaging domains, and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit strong engineering talent
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and Agile/traditional methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
