Job Description
Orbex is seeking a Quality Specialist to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves reviewing internal audit programs, conducting quality inspections, measuring and testing products, and implementing corrective actions. The company values courage, teamwork, communication, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
Requirements
- Formally trained in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (or equivalent).
- Previous work experience in Quality orientated roles, ideally from Space, Aerospace, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Oil and Gas or Military backgrounds.
- Experience in the application of ISO9001 or AS9100 Quality Management standards.
- Proficient with use of precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Computer skills must include good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
