Requirements

• M.Sc. relevant to one or more solution areas, e.g. hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, stormwater management, water treatment, urban planning, or similar field with 7+ years of relevant professional experience as (technical/commercial)
• Experienced technical professional and have worked for example at engineering companies, or end-client’s engineering teams.
• Technical background and experience in design, evaluation and construction of stormwater management or similar Urban Climate Resilience systems
• Can inspire and transform client pains into demand – you have experience in interacting with clients on their technical level and a proven track-record of winning projects and understanding full project scopes
• Proficiency with both CRM, project management and PowerPoint, Excel
• Knowledge of the local market opportunities and challenges
• Team player, motivator and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial drive
