Requirements
- 8+ years building large scale distributed or cloud native services
- Hands-on experience in microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design
- Proven track record of driving performance, reliability, or scalability improvements
- Code writing, debugging, and prototype solutions
- Championing CI/CD, test automation, observability, and incident post-mortem culture
- Excellent communication skills
