Operations Manager

Orchata is looking for a self-motivated and analytical Operations Manager with excellent organization skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, successful startup environment. As Ops Manager you will be responsible for organizing the stock of our warehouses and the general overview of it.

Requirements

• Maintain all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensure that we have all deliveries done on time.
• Organize inventory replenishment so that there are always items on stock when needed
• Constantly analyze procedures and methods to increase efficiency
• Organize the whole warehouse to be focused on reducing delivery time
• Keep a detailed inventory count
• Keep financial records by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiate actions to reduce cost.
