Primary Care Physician

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a growing group of physicians and nurse practitioners in a Community Health and Support (CHS) role at the CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic in Warrenton, Oregon. The position offers a mix of urban and rural living, good work/life balance, and integration with OHSU's academic medical center. The role will involve providing outpatient services at CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic in Warrenton.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, etc.)
• MD / DO
• Active Oregon Medical License
