We are seeking a Senior Automation Controls Engineer to develop and deliver elegant solutions to highly complex equipment design and manufacturing technology projects. The successful candidate will lead and execute control system projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain clear communication through formal and informal documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Control Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience designing equipment for high-volume production environments
- Strong expertise in selecting and configuring circuit protection, wiring, cabling, sensors, and hardware
- Proficient in interpreting system electrical schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD)
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems analytically, collaborate with global teams, and communicate technical concepts effectively
