Job Description
The Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) develops future leaders through two one-year rotational assignments, cross-functional exposure, coaching, and hands-on learning. The Associate Specialist will take on the role of a Demand Fulfilment Planner, supporting end-to-end order fulfilment, supply coordination, and customer service performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain or order fulfilment preferred
- Experience with ERP or planning systems (SAP, IBP, or equivalent) is an advantage
