Manager Maintenance & Reliability (Steriles Formulation, Filling & Packaging)

You'll drive capital investment, maintain existing production assets, and optimize operational performance. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology or engineering
• 5–8 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, and project management
• Background in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals, food, or a comparable sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent prioritization abilities and decision-making skills under time pressure
• Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and customer focus
• Innovative mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
• Collaborative team player
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
