Job Description
Organon is hiring a Project Engineer to join our world-class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. The successful individual will support the delivery of a new, state-of-the-art granulation suite and develop their project management skills as a key part of a team delivering capital investments.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record in delivering projects within regulated industries (e.g., Pharma, FMCG)
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience with GMP compliance and validation processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and contractor supervision abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
