We are looking for a Senior Improvement Engineer to optimize our processes, systems, and ways of working. You will identify improvement opportunities and implement projects to lift efficiency and quality within our organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree or experience at the level of a master
• Experience in process improvement, preferably in a packaging department
• Experience with data analysis and processing in various systems (Excel, etc.) and various fields (operations, finance)
• Good prioritization skills and ability to make decisions under (time) pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English
