Join Organon's Center for Mathematical Sciences as a Specialist - Statistics & Data Science/Analytics to work on automating and decentralising decision making, developing interactive RShiny applications, and providing quantitative/statistical support to non-clinical projects across global manufacturing organizations.

Requirements

• Independently apply basic statistical concepts within a specified scope of projects.
• Solve complex statistical analyses related to the manufacturing of medicines together with CMS members.
• Design and implement both small-scale RShiny mock-up applications and develop robust, scalable analytics solutions in RShiny.
• Translate user requirements or feedback into detailed analytics proposals.
• Align with CMS team members for best statistical practices to be implemented.
• Collaborate with internal experts on best practices for real-time process monitoring methods and support in the implementation in Python.
