Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Organon Oss. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out preventive maintenance on equipment, solving faults, and participating in fault analyses. You will also work on structural problems and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Completed education (min. MBO level 3) in a relevant technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, WTB, mechatronics, industrial automation or automotive technology)
- Analytical and logical thinking ability
- Ability to independently solve problems and discuss them in a group
- Awareness of quality and safety standards
