Job Description
Orgvue is seeking a talented Product Analyst to help shape their products and drive success through data-driven insights. The role involves analyzing performance KPIs, understanding customer behavior, creating strategies for growth, and working closely with cross-functional teams. The company is a leading organizational design and planning software platform for large enterprises.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience conducting user journey/pathway analysis and diagnosing drop-off points
- Experience working with qualitative data analysis, e.g. sentiment analysis
- Experience conducting adoption funnel analysis, pareto analysis and customer segmentation analysis
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Pendo)
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with big data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Experience working with DBT
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of statistical methods for hypothesis testing and forecasting
