Job Description
The Orthodox Union's Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (OU-JLIC) is seeking a Mission-Driven Development Officer for National Initiatives to build a new donor pipeline. This is a remote, growth-focused role with travel required, offering opportunities to support programs at college campuses in the US and Israel. The role involves developing a portfolio of donors, engaging with potential partners, and aligning donor interests with JLIC's various programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of successful fundraising or major gifts experience
- Entrepreneurial and self-starting approach to development
- Deep knowledge of the Jewish communal landscape, particularly within the Modern Orthodox context
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and strategic thinking skills
- Eagerness to learn from senior leadership and contribute meaningfully
- Ability to travel as needed
