At Oscilar, we're building the most advanced AI Risk DecisioningTM Platform. We're looking for our first Revenue Operations leader to own and optimize our entire go-to-market engine.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, consulting or related GTM functions at a high-growth B2B Enterprise software company
- Deep expertise in revenue technology platforms (Salesforce, marketing automation, sales engagement, BI tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proven track record of implementing scalable GTM processes and driving operational improvements
- Bias for action and extensive experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance leaders
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
