Vice President, Marketing

OSEA is seeking a strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead the brand into its next growth phase. This role is focused on setting the strategic direction for marketing initiatives, activating them across all channels, and building a customer-first culture. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can work with a cross-functional team and a collaborative partner with the company's Creative Director.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in brand and marketing within skincare, lifestyle, wellness, or CPG
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong background in marketing principles, brand management, consumer behavior, and creative thinking
• Proven ability to set strategy and drive execution
• Strong knowledge of go-to-market planning, launch execution, and campaign orchestration
• Strong grasp of social media trends and platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
