RCM Account Manager

Osmind is a technology company specializing in psychiatry solutions, aiming to improve real-world care. They are seeking an RCM Account Manager to own the financial performance and billing success of a portfolio of interventional psychiatry clinics. The role involves liaising with clinic stakeholders, managing billing processes, and identifying revenue opportunities. This is a client-facing position focused on maximizing collections and providing a best-in-class experience.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in RCM, billing account management, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle (charge capture, coding, submission, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.)
• Experience with behavioral health billing and KPI fluency
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using EHRs, practice management systems, and billing platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills
• Patient-first mindset with a passion for improving clinician workflows and patient outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients or projects simultaneously
• Experience with other parts of the clinic's operational workflows, such as patient acquisition, scheduling, etc.
