Staff Software Engineer

Osmind is a technology, services, and data company focused exclusively on psychiatry. We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to shape the technical foundation of our new platform and make a significant impact on patients, clinicians, and researchers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping complex features in production systems
• Demonstrated track record leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams or systems
• Extensive experience with 0-1 builds
• Proficient with AI coding tools as part of daily development
• Experience at early-staged venture-backed startups (e.g. seed through Series C stage)
• Strong communicator who can align stakeholders around technical decisions
