Requirements

• Min 10 years sales (customer facing) experience in food ingredient industry
• Commercial drive and proven account leadership essentials
• Strong best practice driver and key system advocate
• Experience working in a global matrix organization
• Experience of direct people leadership/management
• Highly accountable with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication skills
• Cross-functional business leadership experience within sales or marketing
• Bachelor's degree in food science or business field
• German native, Written and Spoken English (another language advantageous)
• Driving License – good record. Insurable
