Key Account Lead to manage and expand relationships with strategic merchants and enterprise partners, overseeing the full merchant lifecycle, including onboarding support, relationship management, commercial negotiations, and ongoing performance optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or above.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, enterprise account management, or commercial relationship management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead negotiations and drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction and revenue data to support account strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams.
