Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- Proven experience leading major design projects
- Strong expertise in user research methodologies
- Exceptional collaboration skills
- Experience in the accounts payable, procure-to-pay, or FinTech space (a plus)
- Executive-level communication skills
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team
