Job Description
Ottimate is seeking a VP of Engineering to drive engineering execution, scale engineering organizations, and build high-performing teams. This role involves leading a team of 100+ engineers, shaping the engineering culture, and overseeing the design, development, and scaling of complex systems, including accounts payable platforms. The role is critical to delivering reliable, secure, and high-performance services to customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with modern software engineering processes
- Experience in scaling engineering teams to 100+ engineers
- Strong skills in Python and AWS
- Deep expertise in backend and frontend systems
- Experience working in an early-stage startup is a plus
