Internal Audit Manager

Ouster is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Internal Audit Manager to support its SOX program as a new public company. The role involves managing the IN house internal audit team, external auditors, and providing advisory support on SOX compliance. This is a long-term, career-oriented position with a commitment to both employee development and company success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; or Information systems, and a professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CIA
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining a SOX testing program, and testing of business process and IT general controls
• Demonstrated experience of leading Internal audit projects focussed on operational, product and compliance risks
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a senior internal audit role
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, risk and controls standards
• Firm grasp of technical accounting and SOX methodologies
