The Guest Experience Host is responsible for delivering an extraordinary check-in, check-out, and scheduling experience for guests at Outdoorsy Bayfield park. This role requires an upbeat and empathetic person who is excited to work with people and has a love for the outdoors.

Requirements

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors
• Manage high-volume incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Conduct occasional outbound communication to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Facilitate maintenance and housekeeping workflows
• Monitor and verify unit availability
• Execute accurate cash handling and payment processing
• Foster strong internal partnerships and maintain open communication channels with support teams
