Job Description
Roamly is seeking an Insurance Account Executive to serve as a trusted advisor to customers, assisting them in obtaining coverage for homeowners, auto, RV, and other products. This role focuses on consultative sales, lead conversion, and handling the entire sales process, with a focus on customer service and a progressive, uncapped commission structure. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Experience & Licensing: Minimum of one year of Property and Casualty Insurance experience, with a preference for a broker handling multiple carriers.
- Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing excellent service and handling interactions with patience and empathy.
- Collaborative: Team player comfortable managing workload and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proactive & Organized: Good time management and data entry skills to navigate online platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a positive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products.
