As a Director of Game Design, you’ll set the creative bar and lead a passionate team of designers in shaping unforgettable gameplay experiences across all Talking Tom & Friends titles. You’ll set and maintain the highest standards of design excellence, ensuring every game embodies creative vision and commitment to quality.
Requirements
- Set clear Game Design department vision and goals that are aligned with company plans, target audience expectations, and market trends.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of talented game designers.
- Cooperate with cross-department teams including product managers, UX, game art, and distribution.
- Drive the team to design and deliver projects that match the intended game experience for the Talking Tom & Friends target audience.
- Act as a source of support, knowledge, and experience for the game design team.
- Lead regular performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and actively support the professional development of team members
- Improve the game design workflow with new approaches, and share knowledge with the team and with peers.
- Keep up to date with current mobile market trends and game design practices.
- Foster a culture of efficiency, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
- Enable the team to constantly improve development processes based on technological advancements and industry trends.
- Identify hiring needs and drive the hiring process to acquire and onboard new top talent.
