Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations across properties, with a focus on smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Maintenance Manager role
- Higher Technician Diploma level or equivalent technical qualification
- Valid Local License A and B
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and ELV systems
- Solid understanding of building maintenance best practices
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
