Job Description
We're a startup that uses AI-powered user interviews to help global brands achieve deeper insights about their users. As an Account Director, you'll own relationships with strategic customers and drive their success.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of customer success, account management, or consulting experience
- 2+ years managing strategic/enterprise accounts
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Proven success in driving renewals, expansions, and multi-threaded stakeholder relationships
