Outset is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and pipeline velocity through account-based and growth campaigns across channels, with a focus on enterprise pipeline and expansion.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, demand gen, or similar role.
- Series A/B experience required.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline growth through coordinated, multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and account-based strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and martech tools.
- Analytical and outcome-driven, with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize impact.
