Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce CRM Analytics preferred)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures (objects, relationships, reporting)
- Background in executive search, recruitment, or professional services is a strong advantage
