Requirements

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Experience in the Australian construction market
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
• Strong understanding of construction methods and blueprint reading
• Quantity Surveying background and estimating skills
• Effective verbal and written skills and strong negotiation abilities
• Attention to Detail
• High accuracy in estimates with strong organizational skills
• Continuous Improvement
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and open to new technologies and process enhancements
• Must have own access to estimating software prior to role commencement
• Ability to manage a team of estimators
