Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, taking initiative and solving problems effectively.
• Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to create structured processes and report on compliance metrics.
