Requirements

• 2.5+ years' experience in property management, real estate, or related administrative roles
• Proficiency with Notion and GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/property-management tools)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to learn and apply ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) for translation and tenant communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for virtual conflict resolution and tenant relations
• Graphic design or artistic skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) (preference)
