Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, full-cycle recruiting processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple requisitions effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail in candidate assessment, documentation, and compliance.
