Requirements

• Min 3 year proven experience in a similar role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities at once
• Clear, professional communicator in writing and verbally
• Process-driven and confident working within defined systems
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable following up with others
• Strong administrative or coordination experience in a project-based environment
