Job Description
This role supports a litigation law firm team with tasks including client intake, legal research, case discovery, and legal document preparation. Responsibilities include case management, calendar management, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Requirements
- Case management through all stages of litigation
- Calendar management, including managing attorney calendar
- Filing and e-filing in State, Appellate, and Federal Courts
- Experience in propounding and responding to discovery
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, memoranda, notices, and other legal documents
- Providing excellent customer service while speaking to clients
- Providing accurate translation between attorney and clients
