Job Description
This customer service role involves answering customer inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating deliveries. The position requires a physical ability to lift, and handle materials; and a basic understanding of the sales process. It also involves assisting with the sales center operations, such as inventory control and paperwork.

- Issue resolution for orders.

- Information gathering on order status.
- Liaison between sales center and plant departments.
